Deep Flow is a full-body massage for those carrying tension, tiredness or simply too much of life. The pressure is purposeful, but never rushed. Every movement is given time, with genuine care and intention behind the touch.
Sometimes what we need isn’t another thing to do for ourselves. It’s simply to lie down and allow someone else to take care of us for a while.

With 15 years of experience in the massage industry, I bring a thoughtful, personal approach to my practice. For me, massage is about more than technique. It is about the quality of attention, the intention behind each movement, and the care given to the person receiving it.
That philosophy is reflected in Deep Flow. Purposeful pressure and steady, flowing movement create an experience that is attentive and unrushed. I keep my practice personal, with a limited number of appointments each day, so I can give each treatment the time and focus it deserves.
I value care that feels sincere, professional and respectful. My intention is to offer a calm, private space where you can step away from everyday demands, let go of the need to be constantly available, and simply receive care.

Where are you based?
In a private, home-based treatment space in Table View, Cape Town. The exact address is shared privately with confirmed clients.
How do I receive the full treatment menu?
Request the current treatment menu on WhatsApp. Treatment options and prices are shared privately.
How do I book?
Contact Mechelle on WhatsApp to discuss availability and arrange a confirmed appointment.
When is my appointment confirmed?
Your appointment is confirmed once you and Mechelle have agreed on a date and time via WhatsApp. For appointments booked in advance, contact Mechelle again by 9 am on the day to reconfirm and receive arrival instructions. Appointments that have not been reconfirmed by 9 am will be released.
How far in advance should I book?
You may request a massage appointment up to seven days in advance. Advance booking is encouraged, same-day enquiries are welcome, subject to availability.
Can I enquire about a same-day appointment?
Yes. Same-day enquiries are welcome, subject to availability.
Do you offer mobile massage?
No. All treatments take place at Mechelle’s treatment space in Table View.
Do you offer shower facilities?
As this is a home-based practice, shower facilities are not available. A warm towel wipe-down is included after your treatment, adding a relaxing finishing touch to the unrushed experience.
Do you accept card payments?
Card payments are not available. EFT is the preferred payment method, although cash is also accepted. Mechelle will provide the banking details after your treatment. When paying by EFT, please arrange for an instant payment so that the funds reflect without delay.
When do I pay for my massage?
Payment is due only once your treatment is complete, using Mechelle’s preferred payment method. This website does not collect payment for massage treatments.
Who can book private massage teaching?
Couples, women and men are welcome, including people learning to care for a partner and those considering massage professionally. These are practical private sessions.
You will receive a certificate of workshop completion by email 24 hours after completing your workshop. This recognises your participation and completion; it is not accreditation or a professional qualification.
When are teaching sessions available?
Weekends by arrangement. A 50% deposit secures your teaching booking; the remaining 50% is payable on the day.
What should I expect from the environment?
Mechelle’s treatment space is situated within a peaceful, resort-style residential complex with lush greenery and a calm atmosphere. The surroundings are generally quiet, with little passing activity near the unit, offering a calm setting in which to arrive and unwind. As this is a residential community, you may occasionally encounter residents or everyday activity.
Please bring your ID document or driver’s licence to show security at the main entrance. Once your same-day appointment is confirmed, or you have reconfirmed an advance booking by 9 am on the day, Mechelle will send you a location pin, an access code valid for that day, and clear directions to her unit.
Inside, warm lighting, soft music and thoughtfully prepared surroundings create a private, clean, uncluttered and tranquil space for your treatment.
