This website does not collect booking form submissions, take payments or use analytics or advertising cookies. Appointments are arranged directly with Mechelle through WhatsApp or email.

The hosting provider may process technical connection information needed to serve the website. Typefaces are requested from Google Fonts, which receives technical information associated with that request.

Enquiries on WhatsApp

WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a suggested message. You choose whether to send it. Information shared there is processed through WhatsApp and used by Mechelle to respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment.

Your choice of contact

Mechelle uses your contact details only to respond to your enquiry or arrange your appointment. You may choose a reply by email or WhatsApp and specify a suitable time to be contacted. Your details are handled with care and discretion, with no unsolicited messages or calls at inappropriate hours.

Keeping your information

Client information is kept only for as long as needed to respond to enquiries, manage appointments and fulfil applicable legal or record-keeping obligations. Information that is no longer needed should be securely deleted or de-identified. You can contact Mechelle to ask about the records held about you and request deletion where applicable.

Your information rights

You may ask to access or correct information held about you, request deletion where applicable, or raise an objection to its use. Some records may need to be retained where there is a lawful reason to do so. If a concern cannot be resolved with Mechelle, you can contact South Africa’s Information Regulator.
